About my ProjectMy project is all about nutrition and it is directed toward athletes that wanna know how to eat a proper meal before and after the game but also show other important steps of healthy nutrition. This project will be a small booklet consisting of meals, how to guides, recovery after a game, and personal experiences of my own.
